or materials condemned as unsatisfactory by the <br /> Director and shall rebuild and replace same to the <br /> standard required by the specificatione, all at his <br /> owe expense and in default thereof, the same may be <br /> done by the District and the cost charged against <br /> the Applicant. Final connection to the District's <br /> waler system will not be permitted until all work <br /> has been approved by the Director. <br /> <br />10. The Applicant or the applicant's contractor shall <br /> furnish to the Director written documentation from <br /> a certified testing laboratory that all facilities <br /> installed are free from all bacteria prior to <br /> putting any portion of the system in service. <br /> <br />11. Upon the completion of the system as described, the <br /> Applicant shall request from the Director in <br /> writing a final inspection. Said inspection shall <br /> be scheduled by the Director within 30 days of the <br /> receipt of the request. <br /> <br />12. The Applicant and the applicants contractor <br /> agree to guarantee all work and materials for a <br /> period of one year after a successful final <br /> inspection. <br /> <br />13. After completion of all construction, the Applicant <br /> shall furnish the original drawings of all <br /> construction plans, revised to show any and all <br /> revisions encountered during construction, to the <br /> District marked "As-Built". The fieal plans shall <br /> show the actual condition in which the facility was <br /> physically constructed and/or installed. Further, <br /> the final plans shall show the correct location of <br /> the facility as it relates to easements, <br /> right-of-way lines, buildings, underground and/or <br /> overhead utility line~, roadways, railroads, and <br /> all other physical features that would have any <br /> effect or influence upon the constructed facility. <br /> The Professional Engineer employed to design the <br /> facility shall be responsible for the accuracy and <br /> completeness of the facl ty as shown on the final <br /> <br /> <br />
