NORTH CAROLINA ) <br /> ) RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENT <br />CABARR~$ COONI~/ ) TO CLOSE A P~gLIC ROAD <br /> <br /> BE IT BEREBY RESOLVED that a Petition was filed at the December 2, <br />1985 meeting of the Cabarrus County Commission requesting the closing <br />of public road or easement pursuant to N.C.G.S. 153A-241; and <br /> <br /> WHERF-~S, the petitioners are all adjoining la~d o%,aers to Tulake <br />Drive, a road dedicated by virtue of plat and map of the Fingerlake <br />Subdivision, No. 2 To~mship~ Cabarrus Couoty, North Carolina, recorded <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds fo~ Cabarru5 County in Plat <br />Book 19, page 23; and <br /> <br /> WRER~S, it is the intention of this Board to close said street <br />and conduce a public hearing on the question. <br /> <br /> BE IT TREP~FORE RESOLI~ED T~T: <br /> <br /> 1. A meeting and p~blic hearing on the closing of Tulake Drive <br />as sho~m on the plat and ~p of Fingerlake Subdivision, No. 2 Township, <br />Cabarrus County, ~orch Carolina and recorded in Plat Book 19, page 23 <br />shall be had before the Cabarrus County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting on the 6th day of January, 1986. <br /> <br /> 2.
