McGinnis: <br /> <br />In official session on December 19, 1965, the Hoard of Health unanimously <br />recommended the following actions to the Hoard of Commissioners: <br /> <br /> (1) A change in rite franchise haulers' rate structure from $7.50 a <br /> month £or backyard pickup and $6.50 a month for roadside pickup <br /> to $7.50 a month for roadside pickup. Backyard pickup rates <br /> vould be established by the franchise haulers. The disabled or <br /> anyone else unable to get their garbage to the roadside would <br /> be provided baekyard ~ickup at the $7.50 rate. <br /> <br />(2) Determined that an Animal Control Advisory Committee was no <br /> longer needed and suggests that no new members be appointed to <br /> fill the expired terms of the current members. <br /> <br /> (3)Approval of a Personal Care Program as part of the Cabarrus <br /> County Home Health Agency (see attachment). <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />~illiam [.
