Clean Water Bond application for the above project, we found <br />that an amendment to the District Board minutes of August 19, 1985, is <br />necessary. On July 8, 1985, we presented a report to the Board <br />recommending acceptance of bids and award of the contracts along with <br />a recommended Change Order No. i for Contracts I thru 4 (copy <br />attached). At the Board's direction, we revised the change orders for <br />each contract prior to execution on August 19, 1985. I apparently <br />failed to note for the minutes of that meeting that the change order <br />amounts were revised. The August 19th minutes should be amended to <br />reflect the actual contract award and Change Order No. I amounts which <br />are summarized below. <br /> <br /> Contract Contract Amount <br /> No. Award Amount C.O.
