TIlE SI/PPLEHE[ITAL RETIKEHENT INCOH£ PLAN OF NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> <br />~IEREAS, the State of North Carolina, by action of the 1986 General Assembly, <br />has adopted the Supplemental Retirement Income Plan of North Carolina pursusnt <br />to which the State of North Cacoliua, its departments, agencies and <br />instrumentalities are authorized to provide a supplemental retirement income <br />plan to conform ~ith Section 60l(k) of the Internal Revenue Code o£ 1956 as <br />amended, and <br /> <br />NBEREAS, the governing body of this unit realizes the necessity of providing <br />its employees w£th the benefits of the Supplemental Retirement Income Plan o[ <br />North Caroliua. <br /> <br />NOW, THEP~FORE, be it resolved by the in <br /> <br />1.
