H. Carver Center in Kannapolis. <br /> <br /> In Nay 1981, tile Kannapolis Board of Education leased the Carver School <br />Annex Building to Cabarrus County. The Cabarrus Health Department renovated <br />and is using the first level for public health services. The Kannapolis <br />Schools )lave been using the second level and shop area. <br /> <br /> We have:now vacated the;second level and. do enthusiasticallyassen% that <br />Rowan Technical College be permitted to renovate:and. Use_ the second-level of ' <br />the Carver Annex Building for their adult education program. <br /> <br /> This action would ensure the best possible use of all the G. W.
