Pleasant Planning and Zoning Board; Board of Adjustment <br /> <br />In September of 1985, the Town of Mt. Pleasant combined the Planning and Zoning <br />Board with the Board of Adjustment. At the same time, the number of Board members <br />were reduced from l0 each on the separate boards to 5 on the newly combined Board. <br /> <br />The members on the new Planning and Zoning Board/Board of Adjustment include twn <br />members from outside the town limits. These two are Mr. Bob Byrd and Mr. Harry <br />Lassiter. The Towm recommends that these two people be appointed ag the <br />extraterritorial jur~sdiction members. <br /> <br /> <br />
