A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE NORTH <br /> CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF ADHINISTRATION <br /> QUALIFY THE CABARRUS COUNTY LAND RECORDS <br /> MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR ANALOGOUS FUNDINGS <br /> UNDER THE NORT'd CAROLINA LAND RECORDS <br /> MANAGEMENT PROGP, AM AS ESTABLISHED BY <br /> CflAPTER 1099, SESSIONS LAWS, 1977 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Cabarrus Cotmty recognizes a need to create a more <br />efficient standardized land record system with long range plans <br />for modernization of its land records; and <br /> <br /> WHEKEAS0 the Board of County Commissioners has examined and <br />duly considered this resolution and considers it to be in the public <br />interest and to its benefit to file the request for funds under the <br />North Carolina Land Records Ymnagement Program; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF CABARRUS COUNtrY.
