Box 707 <br />Concord, NC 28026 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. McGinnis: <br /> <br /> "SuperDay '86" at Frank Liske Park has been scheduled for June 21, <br />1986, beginning at approximately 12:D0 noon. As a major attraction to <br />the festivities, our staff would like to contract a fireworks program <br />beginning at 9:00 pm and lasting about 20-25 minutes. Zambelli <br />Brothers Fireworks Company of New Castle, Pennsylvania, is the <br />pyrotechnic expert who will be in charge of the fireworks display. <br />Corporate s~ors have been secured to cover the cost of the festivities. <br /> <br /> In order for us to stage this fireworks program, we will need <br />permission from the Cabarrus County Board of Conmnissioners in the form <br />of a Fireworks Discharge Permit.
