McGinnis <br />DATE: August 14, 1986 <br />RE: Surplus Property <br /> <br />Attached is a list of surplus property from the various agencies that is <br />of no longer usable condition for those agencies. The Board would need <br />to declare this property surplus by resolution and then authorize by <br />resolution the method of disposition for the property. It is <br />recommended that the resolution authorizing the disposal of surplus <br />property be the method of public auction. The suggested date for this <br />public auction is Saturday, Sept~ber 20, 1986, at 1__0:00 A.M. at the <br />Country_ Office Buildin~ Complex parking lot. <br /> <br /> <br />
