Resolution Passed by <br /> the Board of Commissioners of the <br /> County of Cabarrus, North Carelina <br /> <br /> The following resolution was offered by Commissioner <br /> and seconded by Commissioner <br /> and upon being put to a vote was <br /> carried on the da)' of <br /> <br /> THAT WHEREAS, the Thoroughfare Planning Unit of the North <br /> Carolina Department of Transportation did prepare a Preliminary <br /> Thoroughfare Plan fox' Cabarrus County; and <br /> <br /> I~HEREAS, it is recognized that the proper movement of traffic <br />within and through Cabarrus County is a highly desirable element <br />of a comprehensive plan for the orderly growth and development <br />of the County; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after full study of the plan the Board of Commissioners <br />of Cabarrus County feels it to be in the best interests of the County <br />to adopt the said plan and recommend its adoption to the Department <br />of Transportation; <br /> <br /> NOLO, THEREFORE, BE IT-RESOLVED.B¥-THE.BOARD-OF-COMMISS~ONERS ..... <br />OF CABARRUS COUNTY~ NORTH-CAROLINA:' <br /> <br /> That the Thorouqhfare':Plan as'shown:on.a, map : <br />dated September 11, 1985 and.prepared by the Thoroughfare Planning .... : <br />Unit of the North Carolina Department of Transportation be approved .- <br />and adopted as a guide in tile development of the road and high~ay <br />system in the Cabarrus County area and the same is hereby recommended <br />to the Department of Transportation for its subsequent a~option: <br /> <br /> I, , Clerk of the County of Cabarrus, <br />North Carolina, do hereby certify that the above is a true and correct <br />copy of excerpts from the minutes of the Board of Commissioners'of <br />said Count)'. <br /> <br /> WITNESS my band and the official seal of the County this the <br /> day of <br /> <br /> ATTEST (Seal) <br /> <br /> <br />
