In <br /> celebration of this 4th Annual Observance, we have scheduled <br /> a Proclamation Hour for Monday, October 6, 1986 at 12:00 noon. <br /> We urge your participation in this event by issuance of a local <br /> proclamation for MED WEEK '86.
