C. <br /> <br /> Dear Bob= <br /> <br /> Responding to your letter of September 30, 1986, at the <br /> meeting of the County Commission on Monday, October 6w 1986, we <br /> raised the issue of execution of the letter proposed with them. <br /> It was the consensus of the Commission that they would prefer <br /> further information preferably from a.representative of Cannon or <br /> otherwise before~executing the letter. <br /> <br />As you =may:recall,: no one .from Cannon.'has;'yet: appeared <br />be~ore--the~ Commfssion;to-explain' the project ~because the Cannon <br />representative was unable to be present or was late at the <br />initial meeting before the Commission.
