The five major elements totalling 100 points are: <br /> Impact (25 points); Contribution to the Economy of Gabarrus County (20 <br /> points);. ~nd Availability (15 points); Cost (20 points); and <br /> Environmental Issues (20 points). <br /> <br /> This evaluation considers only the five sites for which si~e meetings <br /> were belA.
