The at'oi!a~ce of strip <br /> ~onmercial development and related congestion, the ~romotion of smooth traffic <br /> flow, and compatability with neighboring land-use are prime considerations in <br /> the application of this district, which is customarily located near the inter- <br /> section of limited access facilities or thoroughfare streets, and close to <br /> urbanized areas. <br /> <br />(3) If rezoned, will be setting precedent for this zone classification to be allowed <br /> in area which previous actions have not been allowed. In September, 1985, a <br /> similar request for C-3 was denied by Planning Board and withdrawn prior to <br /> Co~nissioners meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
