Gary greeley (Animal Control Officer) presented his monthly report· Discussion
followed on several items· Gar), did mention that if it had not been for the
D~! workers they would really be behind vlth their work load at the Animal
Shelter. Ne felt that the D~I manpower was invaluable. Gary feels that at
present he can manage with the present staffing pattern but in the sutmner
months he vould like to have another ~arden.

2. Dr. Roberts thought it ~ould be a good idea to have a printed certificate
for anyone who adopts a dog from the Animal Shelter to present to the vets
in Cabarrus County in order to get a discount on shots, etc. Gary is
going to draw up such a certificate and present by the next meeting.

3. There is no answering service at the moment for
after hours calls.
