Cabarrus has determined and does hereby find and declare: <br /> <br />the Sanitary District Board of the Nannapolts Sanitary District relat£nq <br /> <br /> That the territory described in the petition consists Of the <br /> {c) That the petition was signed by all property owners within the <br /> <br /> {d) That said petition requests that all necessary action required <br /> <br />by Article 12 o[ Chapter 130 of the General Statutes of North Carolina <br />for the extension of the boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District <br />be taken so as to annex the territory described in the petition unto the <br />Kannapolis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> (e) That it is for the best interest o[ the ~annapolis Sanitary <br />District and the territory requested to be annexed unto the Kannapolis <br />Sanitary District that said ~erritory be included within the boundaries <br />of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and receive the services of the <br />Sanitary District. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the Board of Co~missioners for the County of <br />Cabarrus does hereby approve the annexation o'f the territory described <br /> <br /> <br />
