A regular meeting of the Sanitary District Board of the <br />Kannapolis Sanitary District, in Cabarrua and R~wan Countios, <br />North Carolina, was held at the Kannapolia Sanitary District <br />Administration Building, Floyd Street, Kannapolis, North <br />Carolina, within the boundaries of the said Sanitary District, <br />on January l~ 1995, at 7=]0 otclock p.m. <br /> <br /> Present: Everetta L. Murph, Chairman! Carl M. Brown, <br /> <br />M. Clee Overcash, Molvin M. Rape, Members; and Phillip M. <br />Meacham~ Member and Secretary. <br /> <br /> Absent: None. <br /> <br /> phillip i. Meacham introduced the following <br />resolution which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE <br /> ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO- <br /> ~L~HNAPOLIS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Sanitary District Board of the <br />Kannapolis Sanitary District: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
