This procedure does not provide adequate controi <br /> <br />unnecessary risks involved in working alone in a secluded <br />oFFice. The potential risks also exists to the collector <br />who has cash receipts to transport from Kannapolis to the <br />Courthouse. Due to the risks involved to the County in <br />relation to the law turnout of taxpayers, it is my opinion <br />that the risks outweigh the benefits and therefore the <br />policy of collecting in Kannapolis be discontinued. <br /> <br /> <br />
