Robinson/Planning Director T~>.~ :ii~!!~::~: <br /> DATE: March 13, 1985 <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: Amendment of Community Development Program Revenue and <br /> Expenditure Line Items <br /> <br /> In planning for this current year's budget, I estimated that all of the <br />$500,000 program would be completed except for the final audit. Therefore, <br />I budgeted $1,000 to cover this expense. In actuality a few minor program <br />activities did not get completed until the earlier part of this fiscal year. <br />We incurred expenses for these activities and also applied for and received <br />grant money to Offset these expenses. An amendment to the Community Develop- <br />ment line items needs to be made to reflect these changes. <br /> <br /> The CUBG audit was finished and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development closed out the program in October of 1984. Shortly after this <br />date, the county received a refund~of $5,~_t~_from the City of Concord for <br />part of the expenses of installing utilities in the program area. This money <br />is considered Program Income and should be added as Revenue to the CDBG <br />program. I have offset these funds in the Administration Expense Line Item <br />to balance the account. <br /> <br /> Please let me know if you need additional information to process this <br />request. <br /> <br /> <br />
