McCinnis: <br /> <br />This is a request to have the '}[~morandum of Understanding Between the North Carolina <br />Agricultural Extension Service and the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners" reviewed <br />and executed for the next four years. As you know, this Memorandum of Understanding <br />was developed with the involvement of the Institute of Government and the North Carolina <br />County Commissioners Association when it was first presented in 1980. It was expected <br />to be reviewed in four years. <br /> <br />I am enclosing eight copies of this Memorandum which will give a copy for each <br />commissioner and then return three signed copies for the signature of Dr. Chester Black, <br />Director. After Dr. Black signs, two copies will be sent back to me, one will stay in <br />our files, and the other will be presented to you for the county government files. <br /> <br />I would like to suggest this matter be presented to the county commissioners at their <br />next meeting on March 18.
