The progress report must accompany the application1 for continuation funding in order for the application to be considered complete. The report must also be submitted tO the Governor's Crime Commission This progress report is to serve as the applicant's internal assessment of the project's accomplishments. The report will be used as a determining factor in th e consideration of continuation funding and in the evaluation of the merits of all projects of its type. I.
