The progress report must accompany the application1 for continuation funding in order for <br /> the application to be considered complete. The report must also be submitted tO the Governor's Crime Commission <br /> <br /> This progress report is to serve as the applicant's internal assessment of the project's accomplishments. The report <br /> will be used as a determining factor in th e consideration of continuation funding and in the evaluation of the merits of <br /> all projects of its type. <br /> <br /> I.
