The petition wa~ formally validated on May 1984 <br /> (al The number of property owners affected 21 <br /> <br /> (b) The number of property ov.~ers participating 16 or 76% <br /> <br />2.- Footage to be paved 5,140 total of both sides of the road, or <br /> <br /> 2,570 linear feet (State Neasure). <br /> <br /> {al Footage represented by owner participation 3,9/0 ft. or 71 %. <br /> (b) Footage insigned for and to be assessed 1,170 ft. <br /> <br />3. Total amount of funds to be advanced to the State for project $10,2BD <br /> (al Amount to be collected from property owners S ' 7,940 <br /> <br /> (b) Amount to be contributed by Cabarrus County S 2,340 <br /> <br /> (To be repaid to the County by tax assessment <br /> to those non-participating property owners over <br /> a five (5) year period at 8% per annum.) <br /> <br />4.
