THIS LEASE A~t~D~NT, made and executed this day of May, 1985, <br /> <br />by and between CABARRDS COUNTY, a polltical subdivision of the State of North <br />Carollna, (hereinafter 'Lessor"), and Tm CABARRUS C0UNT~ PAIR ~SSOCIATION, <br />a North carolina Corporation, (hereinafter "Lessee"); <br /> <br />all that real property lying within the "fence" on the 14.20 acre tract <br />described and identified in ~Exhlblt A" attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> <br /> Lessee shall have and hold the Demised Premises subject to the followlng <br />covenants and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Term. The term of this Lease shall co~nence on September 1, 1985, <br /> <br />and shall expire on September 23, 1985. <br /> <br /> 2. Rent~Conslderatlon. As rental for the Demised Premises, Lessee agrees <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) Lessee shall mow the Demised Premises, together <br /> <br /> with Lessee's 11.98 acre tract adjacent thereto, identified <br /> on "Exhibit A#, at least once per month during the period <br /> May - October, 1985. <br /> <br /> (b) Lessee shall keep the Demised Premises clean <br /> <br /> and in a good state of repair from the date of execution <br /> <br /> <br />
