J. Willie <br />and Mr. Eugene Wheeler -- were appointed for one year terms on the board which <br />expire July 31, ]g85. Both of these gentlemen have been excellent board members, <br />with good meeting attendance, and it would be my recommendation that you recommend <br />to the commissioners the re-appointment of Messrs. Willie and Whee]er for full <br />three year terms, effective August l, 1985. <br /> <br />Thank you in advance for handling the above.
