Box 707 <br />Concord, North Carolina 28025 <br /> <br /> Re: Centralina Development <br /> Corporation, Inc. <br /> SBA 503 Program <br /> <br />Dear Charles: <br /> <br /> The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners during their <br />June 6, 1983, meeting appointed me to serve a one-year term as <br />one of three Cabarrus County representatives to the above cor- <br />poration. I assume that I was also re-appointed in 1984. Due <br />to business and personal co~itments, I find that I am unable <br />to continue service on this Board of Directors.
