HcGinnis: <br /> <br /> At the request of the Board of Co~nissioners in a 3une 3, 1985 Resolution, we <br /> have revaluated SR 2460 (Hills Circle). We have given credit for 13 Bomes, <br /> 1 Business, 1 Recreation Facility (Ball Field) and traf£ic count of 98 vehicles <br /> per day. The priority of this Road is 29. <br /> <br /> As ~e explained to you in our Iasc meeting, all unpaved roads in Cabarrus County <br /> vii1 be revaluated early in 1986. SR 2460 (Hills Circle) at that time could <br /> rise or fall in the priority listing subject to its growth in relation to growth <br /> on other unpaved roads. <br /> <br /> Please find attached a new listing of unpaved priority ratings of roads iD <br /> Cabarrus County.
