I <br /> <br />POINTS OF PROPOSAL FROM BOARD OF LIGHT AND WATER COMMISSIONERS TO COUNTY: <br /> <br />1. The Board will install the lines in Old South and serve the area. <br /> <br />2. The County will refrain from doing ~o. <br /> <br />3. The Board will acknowledge the conmitment the County has made to certain <br /> customers who have already signed up in the district on the condition <br /> that the County remit to the Board all fees collected from these customers <br /> and pay unto the Board one half of the difference between the normal <br /> fee the Board would have received from these customers and the <br /> amount collected. <br /> <br /> Calculate as follows: <br /> <br /> Compute the amount of normal fee the Board would have received <br /> from these customers. Subtract the amount the COunty has <br /> collected from these customers. Divide the difference by one half. <br /> <br />4. All future customers in the area who have not signed up with County <br />before this date will be charged the normal fees of the Board. <br /> <br />August 13, 1985 <br /> <br /> <br />
