McGlnnls <br />DATE: August 28, 1985 <br />RE: Surplus Property <br /> <br />Attached is a list of surplus property from the various agencies <br />that is of no longer usable condition for those agencies. The <br />Board would need to declare this property surplus by resolution <br />and then authorize by resolution the method of disposition for the <br />property. It is reco~ended that the resolution authorizing the <br />disposal of surplus property be the method of public auction. The <br />suggested date for this public auction is September 28 at 10:00 A.M. <br />at the County Office Building Complex parking lot. <br /> <br /> <br />
