ARTICLE V. CONDITIONS OF EP~PLOYP~NT <br /> <br />Section 1. Workweek <br /> <br /> Full-time employees work five (5) eight (8) hour days per workweek <br />from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and are subject to the overtime provisions set <br />forth in Article III, Section 9. Law enforcement and emergency services <br />require a work schedule to acco~date a 24 hour, seven day workweek. <br />Employees in administrative, professional or managerial positions shall <br />work the number of hours necessary to assure the satisfactory performance <br />of their duties. <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED CHANGE: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
