- Prqposed Placement and Payment Procedures · <br /> <br />l, Referrals of undiacipllned and delinquent males from Cabarrus County may be ~ade <br /> by court counselors or social vorkers'accordlng to written referral <br /> procedures (enclosed). <br /> <br />2. Admissions of children to the group home will be made according to the <br /> written admissions prgcedures. (enclosed) <br /> <br />3. Children approved for placement will enter the trea.tment program which normally <br /> last between 20 weeks and 7 months. <br /> <br />4. Cost of placemtn (contracted service) will be: <br /> a. $250 per month per child if child receives set-vice at the group home <br /> for at least 24 days during a given month. <br /> b. ~8.33 per day ii a child received service at the group home for hess than <br /> 26 days during the month. <br /> <br />.'5. U~harrie Homes, lnc. will bill Cabarrus County on a monthly basis. Payments <br /> will be in lieu of parent payments. Parents will be billed only if'the total <br /> amount of CBA Funds has been used and a child is still in need of placement. <br /> <br /> 6. The am6unt".of CBA Funds'requested could fund two, six moflth placements o: one <br /> extended placement during the year. <br /> <br /> <br />
