Lentz: <br /> <br /> The Board of Health is required to include: one physiciau <br /> licensed to practice medicine in this State, one licensed <br />dentist, and one licensed pharmacist. In accordance with <br />these requirements, I em recommending the reappointment of <br />the following Board of Health members for three year terms: <br /> <br /> Hr. Robert L. Da~,ault, 3r ..... Pharmacist <br /> Dr. James S. Hunter ........ Dentist <br /> <br />In addition, I am recommending the appointment of Br. Sidney <br />R. Fortnsy to fill the physician position on the Board of <br />Health.
