Center provides a program of day care designed <br /> to meet individual needs that help adults maintain or regain <br /> a responsible level of functioning, thereby delaying or <br /> preventing institutionalization. <br /> <br /> Our program has suffered cutbacks in United Way funding <br /> and State Adult Day Care funding for this fiscal year. As a <br /> result, I would like an opportunity to present to you and <br /> the board of commissioners a request, with explanation, for <br /> $3,640 as a match for a donation by an anonymous donor contingent <br /> on our receipt of at least the same amount. <br /> <br /> Rill you please include this request on your agenda for <br /> your evening meeting on October 21,.198}?
