Due to a career opportunity which will necessitate <br />my relocating to the Midwest, my wife and I will be leaving <br />Concord in the very near future. I have benefited immensely <br />from the opportunity to work with the members of the <br />Planning Board and can unequivocably sa~ that these gentle- <br />men possess an inordinate amount of talent and work most <br />diligently in the best interests of Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />I wish the Planning Board and Planning Staff continued suc- <br />cess in their efforts to deal with the critical issues <br />facing Cabarrus County.
