in the manner, under the conditions and at the tim~s and places as provided in said notice set forth in Section 3 of this resolution, (ii) the registrars, Judges and other officers of elections appointed by the Cabarrue County Board of Elections for the severe1 precincts and voting places in said District shall be the election officers for such precincts and voting places and (iii) the precincts and voting places shall be those fixed by the Caharrus County Board of Elections as provided in said notice set forth in Section 3 of this resolution, subject to change as provided by law. The Cabarrus County Board of Elections is hereby requested to conduct said referendum and to take all necessary steps to that end in accordance with the provisions of this section. Section 3. March 20, 1984, at which there will be submitted to the qualified voters of said District the following question: Shall the order adopted on January 16, 1984, author- izing not exceeding $7,275,000 Water Bonds of the Water and Sewer District of Cabarrus County, in Cabarrus county, North Carolina, for the purpose of providing funds, with any other available funds, -3-
