Establishment and composition of the Animal Advisory Committee. <br /> <br /> There is hereby created an Animal Advisory Committee to meet when <br />deemed necessary to work on animal and animal related problems and to <br />adviae the Board of Cabarrus County Commissioners on these matters, when <br /> <br /> The Advisory Committee is to be composed of seven (?) members (chief <br />dog warden, human society investigator, commissioner who is animal liaison, <br />health director, 2 veterinarians~rabies control officers) to be appointed <br />by the Board of County Commissioners, and a public mpirited citizen. <br /> <br /> The committee shall serve terms as established by the commissioners. <br /> <br /> <br />
