Foster, Jr., was appointed by the Board of County <br />Commissioners to the Board of Health in their meeting in December. <br />Dr. Foster was a member of the Animal Advisory Committee that was <br />established by the Board and appointed in September. Dr. E. C. <br />Garlick resigned his appointment to the Animal Advisory Committee. <br />The Board, according to the appointments to the committee, would <br />need to appoint two veterinarians tothe Animal Advisory Committee. <br /> <br /> At the meeting on January 16, 1984, the Board deferred the <br />appointments to the Animal Advisory Committee until the meeting <br />on February 6, 1984, to allow Commissioner~N~sb" and ChairmaniiL~nt~ <br />time to :~alk":~ith~heir recommended selections for hhe committee. <br /> <br /> <br />
