The petition waE formally validated on January 23, 1984 <br /> (a) The number of property owners affected 16 <br /> (b) The number of property owners participating 12 or 75 % <br /> <br /> 2616 total of both sides of the road, or <br /> 2.- Footage to be paved <br /> <br /> 1308 linear feet (State Measure). <br /> <br /> (a) Footage reoresented by owner participation2011.07 ft. or 76.87 %. <br /> (b) Footage insigned for and to be assessed 604.93 ft. <br /> <br /> 3. Total amount of funds to be advanced to the State for project 5232 <br /> (a) Amount to be collected from property owners $ · 5232 <br /> <br /> (b) Amount to be contributed by Cabarrus County <br /> <br /> (To be repaid to the County by tax assessment <br /> to those non-participating property owners over <br /> a five (5) year period at 12% per annum.) <br /> <br /> 4.
