Continue construction of !aeilities provided for in bond package. ti. Appropriate monies to begin the cooperative funding of the Coddle Creek reservoir and possibly the Bull Run reservoir. FY 1986 (1985-86) I. Complete constructiOn of iacilities provided in bond package. 2. Pay $170,000 debt service on the $1,697,000 General Obligation Bond. 3. Continue appropriation for water supply purposes. ti. Begin appropriation for design work on the Coddle Creek sewer interceptor. FY 1987 (1986-87) 1. ApproPriate $170~000 for debt service. 2. Continue appropriations for water supply purposes. 3. Continue appropriations for Coddle Creek sewer interceptor. 0. Begin appropriation for Phase 2 of the water line extensions. FY 1988 (1987-88) 1. Appropriate $170,000 for debt service. 2. Continue appropriations for water supply purposes. 3. Continue appropriations for Phase 2 of the water line extensions. Hold bond referendum of 10-15 million for either the Coddle Creek reservoir or the Coddle Creek sewer interceptor, whichever is deemed most needed at the time. FY 1989 (1988-89) 1. Appropriate $!70i000 for debt service. 2. Continue appropriations for either Coddle Creek reservoir or interceptor. 3. Gontinue appropriations for Phase 2 of the water line extensions.
