Pilkington, Health Director <br /> Cabarrus County Health Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Tipping Fee At Sanitary Landfill <br /> <br />In official sesalon on 1%hruary 23, 1984, the Cabarrus <br />County Board of.Health voted unan/~ouely to recommend <br />that the Board of Commissioners amend Section X of the <br />Solid Waste Ordinance by deleting the sentence: <br /> <br /> "No fees may be charged residents of Cabanma <br /> County or CabarrUs County franchise haulers by <br /> the o~mers or operators, or either of them, of <br /> any sanitary landfill located ~ithin Cabarrus <br /> County." <br /> <br />The deleted section ~uld be replaced by the attached <br />fee schedule for commercial-industrial use only.
