S. 122-35.53(c) to allow Area <br />Authorities to o~ property if given that Authority by the ~unty <br />Co~issioners. Our Board attorney, Mike Taylor, of Albemarle, has <br />dram up the enclosed resolution for consideration by the County <br />Co~issioners of Stanly, Union, and Cabarrus. <br /> <br />I would appreciate your placing this on the agenda for your Co~issioners <br />at your earliest convenience.
