Lentz, Chairman <br /> <br />Dear Sirs: <br /> <br />After carefully reviewing our financial statements for <br />the previous two years, we find it necessary to request <br />a rate increase on our disposal services. It has been <br />two and one-half years since we have requested and received <br />an increase. (October 1981) <br /> <br />We feel with the ~ising cost in labor, fuel,wages, office <br />expense and iii nearly every aspect Of our business, that a <br />raise is definitely needed at this time. <br /> <br />We would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. <br />This would allow us to put the new rates into effect July 1, <br />1984. <br /> <br />It is a pleasure to be of service to our customers in Cabarrus <br />County and we would appreciate your consideration into this <br />matter. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />William E.
