Robinson/Planning Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing Requirements for the Development of CDBG <br /> Economic Development Application <br /> <br />DATE: April 12, 1984 <br /> <br /> I have begun to put together a CDBG Economic Development PrOject for submission <br />to the State by the June l, 1984 application deadline, State CDBG regulations require <br />that ~wo public hearings be held in the application development; one early in the <br />application stage and the 9econd after completion of the application. <br /> <br /> If possible the first public hearing should be set for the May 7, 1984 meeting <br />of. the Commissioners~ with the second public hearing to be held on May 21, 1984. <br />If there is a problem with these dates please let me know. <br /> <br /> <br />
