A regular meeting of the Sanitary District Board of ~he <br />Ka~napolis Sanitary District, in Cabarrus and Rowan Counties, <br />North Carolina, was held at the Kannapolis Sanitary District <br />Administration Building, Floyd street, Kannapolie, North <br />Carolina, within the boundaries of the said Sanitary District~ <br />on April 5, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Present~ Everette L. Murph, Chairman, Carl W. Brown, S. <br />Cleo Overcash, Melvin ~ape, Me~bere, and Phillip M.
