This memorandum is to inform you that <br /> this request for $3,000 has been approved. As I understand, you will use <br /> CC Program budget lapsing funds in the amount of approximately $1,500 to add <br /> to the requested $3,000 in order to cover the Cost of the x-ray equipment <br /> repairs. <br /> <br /> Please submit a budget revision for your request, coding the $3,000 to <br /> 6100 - General.
