Lorish, Director of the <br />Piedmont Mental Health Center and the Reverend Robert L. Sessum, <br />Chairman of the Mental Health Board regarding the appointment of a <br />medical doctor to the Board replacing Dr. Lynn Hughes whose term has <br />expired and is ineligible for re-appointment. The following person <br />is appointed to fill this vacancy: <br /> <br /> Dr. Robert W. Surratt <br /> 432 Claymont Avenue SE <br /> Concord, North Carolina 28025 <br /> <br /> Dr. Surratt's appointment is effective July 1, 1984. To conform <br />to the Cabarrus County policy regarding appointments, the term Will be <br />for three (3) years.
