No major impacts are <br />expected which will adversely affect long term environmental aspects or habitat <br />associated with perennial stream communities. <br /> <br />The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners have requested emergency assistance <br />through th~ Cabarrus Soil a~',d Water Conservation District. <br /> <br />Agencies which may have involvement in proposed measures: <br /> <br /> NC Department of Natural Resources and Community Development <br /> NC Wildlife Resources Commission <br /> US Fish and Wildlife Services, USDI <br /> US Army Corps of Engineers <br /> Cabarrus SWCD <br /> <br />FEMA has not been contacted as this event and request is not considered a <br />major disaster. This action is being coordinated with the USDA County Emergency <br />Board in Cabarrus County, NC. The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners have <br />funds to commit to this action.
