NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board as follows: <br /> <br /> (1) The issuance of not exceeding $2,200,000 aggregate <br /> principal amount of industrial development revenue bonds of <br /> the AUthority to finance the Industrial ProjeCt is hereby <br /> approved.. <br /> <br /> (2) The Industrial Project is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> (3) The Clerk to the Board is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to provide a certified copy of this resolution to <br /> the Department. <br /> <br /> (4) This resolution shall take effect immediately upon <br /> its passage. <br /> <br /> Commissioner moved the passage ~f the <br />foregoing resolution entitled "RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE <br />OF NOT EXCEEDING $2,200,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF INDUS- <br />TRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS OF THE CABARRUS COUNTY INDUSTRIAL <br />FACILITIES AND POLLUTION CONTROL FINANCING AUTHORITY TO FINANCE <br />AN INDUSTRIAL PROJECT FOR $&D COFFEE, INC.", and Commis- <br />sioner seconded the motion, and the resolu- <br />tion was passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: <br /> <br /> Noes: <br /> <br /> <br />
