RESOLUTION OF iNTENT AND ORDER " <br /> SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> PARTICIPATION PAVING <br /> <br /> The Board of County CommiSsioners, having decided to finance a portion <br />of the property owners~ share in the Participation Paving Program, does hereby <br />adopt the following resolution: <br /> <br /> ]. The County intends to assess a certain portion of the owners of <br /> <br /> SR # 1876 Sheridan Drive to pay a pOrtion of the property <br /> <br />owners' cost in conneEtion with State paving of said road. <br /> <br /> 2. ~he project is the paving of approximately 1762 Linear Feet <br /> <br /> 3. The basis for making the assessments shall be front footage pursuant <br />to County policy heretofore adopted. <br /> <br /> 4. The cost of work that is to be specially assessed is $2.00 per front <br />foot for not more than 25% of the footage, <br /> <br /> 5. No assessments shall be held in abeyance. <br /> <br /> 6. Assessments may be paid in full or in annual installments over a <br />five-year period pursuant to County Policy heretofore adopted. <br /> <br />7.
