Fees are based on frequency of use and are calculated using <br />a flat rate of $10.00 per vehicle according to the schedule shown at the <br />bottom of this page. All commercial and industrial haulers have two (2) <br />options for payment. <br /> <br /> 1. Pay a flat fee at end of quarter based on figures below. <br /> 2. Pay per vehicle load at end of quarter. <br /> <br /> Theses rates are subject to adjustment every six (6} months <br />based on frequency of use. <br /> <br /> Vehicles/Mo. Mo.
